PROJECTS IN THE BLACK SEA
Projects
"Ecosystem approach for assessment of biodiversity and the state of populations of key fish species from the Bulgarian Black Sea coast" (CONTRACT KP-06-Н41/7 of 2020)
- The aim of the project is to obtain new fundamental knowledge about the response of marine fish to environmental pressure through an interdisciplinary study assessing the diversity, health status and stress ecology of key ecosystem fish species from the Bulgarian sector of the Black Sea. To evaluate specific fish biomarkers corresponding to different levels of biological organization, which will give objective innovative data on the state of ecosystems, as a whole.
